16.01.2022 Throughout life, you'll endure dark times that present uncertainty, and discomfort yet it's through the distress and hopeless desperation that character is born, maybe even your purpose realized. Join an introspective yin yoga and journal writing experience that will remind you that through the cyclical endeavors of trial and tribulations, you can come out heroically.

15.01.2022 Double fisting does not have the same meaning in Australia What a wonderful time last night with the community that participated in @theartsocial.newcastle and my first collaborated workshop: YOGA & PAINT & DRINK @southsmerewether! THANK YOU to everyone that came out!... Lucy and I literally did star burst jumps to express how excited we are to have created this experience together. More to come!!!

02.01.2022 For years to friends and yoga students I say, "The best relationships have no expectations." It creates space saying this but why then do I put expectations on my partner, and myself. This week in my #yoga classes I explored Aparigraha, or nonpossessiveness which can be translated to mean nonattachment, nonclinging, nongrasping or nongreed or simply put to "let go."... We have a overdeveloped "holding on" muscle in the mind but how about we exercise our "letting go" muscle.
