23.01.2022 As we continue to celebrate NAIDOC week, today the children at Warilla explored some Aboriginal symbols through water painting on stones. The children were encouraged to match each rock to the symbol on the paper.

06.01.2022 At Warilla our centre has begun to change our environment to reflect the upcoming festive season of Christmas. We have a fireplace with Santa over watching ensuring the children are playing and being kind. As we may not be able to go partake in our annual Christmas Santa photo we have created our own Christmas photo booth. The children and educators are busy working on ideas of how to create our sustainable Christmas tree too, we can’t wait to share this when it’s complete

06.01.2022 Thank you to all the families that voted for us so that we could represent the early childhood sector at the Local Business Awards tonight. Although we didn't walk away with the prize, we were honoured to represent the Illawarra Academy of Early Learning services.

01.01.2022 This week Mt Warrigal, Warilla and Lake Illawarra had Dentist Renee visiting each service for our dental checks! The children engage in a oral health discussion with Renee before getting our teeth cleaned and checked.
