23.01.2022 We are transitioning to all phone consultations with our doctors as a way to reduce the number of people present in the surgery at any one time (#socialdistancing GP-style). Face-to-face consults are still available for some exceptional circumstances. We are also working on providing video consults too... so you will still be able to see all of our lovely smiling faces again soon

14.01.2022 Dear patients, If you attend our medical practice and are asked if you have any infective or flu like symptoms, any recent travel or other risks for coronavirus, we need you to be 100% honest with us. Similarly, if we ask you to wear a face mask to help reduce the spread of your flu-like symptoms, please wear it properly and be grateful that we are providing you with some of the limited protective equipment that we have. Recently we have had a number of patients being di...shonest and uncooperative with our COVID-19 safety measures, which then puts the health and safety of our staff members, their families and all of our other patients at risk. This behaviour will not be tolerated. If you are found to be intentionally dishonest or uncooperative with such safety measures, practice bans will apply. To everyone else who has been so understanding in recent weeks with our transition to Telehealth and new COVID-19 procedures, thankyou! We are eternally grateful!
