20.01.2022 I'll take this opportunity to apologise to those who registered for my "The Essential Facilitator" workshop scheduled for Melbourne this week - and cancelled my me. A classic case of over-scheduling and over-committing myself. What was I thinking? Sandwiching a course between an interstate conference presentation last week and moving house / cities next week and heaps of other work and travel and and and and ... Refunds paid, but I still feel guilty as I'm normally high on commitment and follow through. Perfect example of thinking I can do more in the time available than humanly possible. Get a grip Rhonda! Good article. What are your thoughts?

My core Facilitation Training program (run 29 times since 2012) is going on-line, starting this coming Tuesday. 5 x 3 hour sessions over 2 weeks. 12.01.2022 Just sent this to the Senior Leadership Team of an international client I'm working with - undergoing crisis on many levels.

09.01.2022 I need to scotch the rumours that I have retired. Yes I made a "tree change" to Ballarat and yes I've been quiet on social media and yes the new website still isn't up. However it's because I was soooo busy with work and work travel late last year and then I project managing renovations on the new house and planning and preparing for a wedding (mine). I've been training facilitators in China and Canberra (2 courses), coaching a number of clients (F2F and virtually), running a leadership program in South Korea and all sorts of other stuff. So here's a couple of photos taken recently. Watch this space as exciting things in the pipeline.
