24.01.2022 Not sure if you have been noticing the beauty of the flowers the wonderful Robyn Stewart has been bringing to the clinic in the past months?! They have been absolutely amazing. 21.01.2022 To our beautiful community of clients. Your health is as always our highest priority. We don’t wish to contribute to any anxiety about the current situation but have put procedures in place to ensure a safe and healthy healing environment at Illuminate Wellness. This includes requesting that if you have any symptoms of cold or flu that you re schedule your appointment. We have put extra hygiene measures in place such as sanitising tables after each use and extra sanitation... of surfaces around the clinic. Our face cloths are laundered daily as always to keep them fresh. During this challenging time we want to let you know that we are keeping up to date with the latest recommendations on how to manage the situation and will keep you up to date of anything changes. In the mean time we will still be open and available as we believe that maintaining your health is very important. Especially now as our collective nervous system is being challenged by stress on multiple levels. Some tips for the moment include adequate sleep and rest along with any herbal supplementation you would generally use in the flu season to keep your immune system healthy and strong. Which is always the best defence against any pathogen! This may just be an opportunity for us all to slow down and take some much needed breath. Yours in health and wellness Jayne, Linda and Robyn

21.01.2022 To our wonderful practice members! After much soul searching and deliberation we have made the decision to close the practice for the next two weeks. This will take us to after the Easter break and we can reassess the situation then to see how to proceed. We feel that at the moment our responsibility is to help flatten the curve and keep our wider community safe. During this time of potential physical isolation I want you to know that we are all connected in this collective ...experience. Take care of yourself during this time. Rest, eat well and get plenty of exercise. Remember the training that we have done already in the clinic at helping your nervous system down regulate stress and up regulate rest, digest and immune function. You still have these tools. They are always with you. Just remember to breathe and your intelligent body will do the rest. I will post any updates or info I find that would be supportive to you on this page. I may just do some videos to help us all stay connected. ( something I have been putting off for a while ) We look forward to being of service to you again as soon as it is safe for everyone to do so. 14.01.2022 Hey there everyone! We have opened the doors again at Illuminate Wellness. We have strict hygiene policies in place to ensure we are meeting Government guidelines in relation to COVID19. As such we are seeing one person at a time and asking that you bring in a towel for the entrainment table. If you have any cold/flu symptoms please re schedule.
