24.01.2022 Hello beautiful fb hope youve had a wonderful Xmas. I spent the morning kayaking, visiting the local wild life, then down sth yesterday experiencing eagle rays/sting rays and even a bronze whaler shark whilst I the water!!! I feel so at peace and 1 with nature, mind you Im suffering badly today with sunburn!!!! Time and the sun didnt even cross my mind.... doh....and this afternoon my tree lit up... 24.01.2022 Well what a big week its been for us all. Finally I think the government is getting serious about the Covit19. The AMA have been screaming at them for the past few weeks to listen, get onboard and act by stopping flights and ceasing the borders. Many of us have been feeling out of sorts with mixed emotions. Its ok.... I too have felt the same and shed a few tears. Many of us are preparing for the unknown, but dont fear... remember we are all in this together! We are st...ill here for each other. Isolation is coming, and it will be a good thing to help stop this terrible virus spreading further. If it cannot find another host it will die! Maintain all distance, hygiene and inform your families about this virus . I know its been a struggle for my daughter at times with having her freedom & contact with others reduced. The best thing we can do to support each other.... is check in on each other!!! Be careful if you have to go out in the public, dont touch your face, wash your hands well, keep your distance, and be kind to each other. Remember who you are..... through these challenging times. Be safe and watch out for your family and the vulnerable. If your sick please stay home no matter what and dont loose hope. Set up a program at home to combat any bordness. Ive been extremely busy with my work commitments and managing my mum who sadly has dementia. Its not been an easy time and some people who you would least expect have not been supportive. 22.01.2022 Well folks we are all going to be challenged through these most trying times, in many ways... some of us have already experienced them! CORVID19 without doubt will challenge everyones integrity! However its pretty dam easy to self isolated for 2-4weeks, 14/30 days if you are unwell with either its a cold, the general flu, or if its a result of contact - deemed positive with CV19, or post travel etc. As a health care worker ........ I hope I dont have to attend to you,... if you lack integrity, been out in the public, coughing or spitting everywhere, because you think this virus is not that serious or she be right mate attitude!!!! I certainly would not like to be responsible for making another person sick or causing them to die. Well let me tell you .... whether you are pink, black, white or purple or have stripes or spots.... the only way too beat this, is if everyone isolates!!!! Please do not leave your house unless you absolutely have too. Take all precautions, wash your hands, keep your house as a safe zone for your family. We have all been effected by this turn of events. We have no choice but to do our best to beat this as a country. The sooner the better...... sooner we isolate will be the best chance of us all getting through this! Make sure you check on each other by phone, whats app, face book etc! Share activities with others, face time, and post recipes etc. Whilst at home set yourself up a routine, finish any projects, do family exercise or yoga, spend time with your family, and please be kind to yourself! 20.01.2022 Beautiful readings from the wknd..... had a tag on spirit thats what I refer to them as, one that arrives not related directly to my client but a spirit who has a message of love to be given to a friend of the client. A young lad 17-19yrs brown hair past away suddenly in a motor vehicle accident. For privacy reasons I will not discuss further, however today this has been confirmed. Our loved ones will try so very hard to come through and pass a messages to their family anyway they can. I feel so blessed many times over ro be able to be the letter box for spirit.

It would be nice to see them given, instead of profiting!!! Most medical masks are from a specific product to reduce particle transfers and act as filters, However depending on the material they may minimalise the chances or direct contact and aid in some sort of barrier. Its funny turning 50yrs brought back so many memories, and saw me reflect on my journey thus far. All I can say its not only been a ride... but its been worth it!. 16.01.2022 The kindness of strangers. The other wknd I found a phone and credit cards on the road neat our local shops. Sadly the phone was hit by a car. I rang the nominated bank and asked them to contact the lady and pass on my details. However the bank said they would cancel her cards....to which I said no just put a hold on them and ring the lady. They said they could not. So a bit of detective work and I find this lady and her address and knocked on her door. She was absolutely extatic to have her phone and cards returned safely....the phone held thousands of photos of her grandson. You see im posting this as i believe in karma!

Too much emphasis is put of body image, age, ethinicity, sexuality, and successfulness etc As a man or women its not about seeking acceptance from another person but realising its about exceptance of self first, self worth, being who you are, believing that you truly deserve a beautiful for filled life.... There is too much pressure through social media about what we should look like at our age, how we should act, who we should and shouldn't date, our body image, and dating a person older or younger than ourself. True happiness comes from within.....we cannot attract a loving partner if we don't love and respect ourselves first. To attract our perfect mate we need to believe we are worthy. Many have found their perfect partner, because they left all the social media 'boxes' behind. Many have found the love of their life and soul mates from doing this very same and simple task..... I've read many stories, personally know many beautfiul couples who have been together for decades who are of different age groups, different fitness levels, from different beliefs and backgrounds. 12.01.2022 Well lovley followers.....after working with spirit throughout my life and as a Medium, I made a comment on another forum about spirit connection if it can be spontaneous...... connections can absolutely be spontaneous and at passing. When providing clear validations and evidence to clients is that of a 'true' medium. Someone who is honestly working for spirit and not ego. You cannot always predict who will show up, it is purely up to them. I have always loved assisting those that have passed, being their voice of clarity and providing clear evidence that they do still exist on the other side, they still love and miss us as we do, and are never truly far away when we need them. In my life this has been my greatest forfillment and an honour working with them.

A lovely military man selling poppies stopped me today and asked if he could re-position mine - while doing so he told me that women should wear their poppy on their right side; the red represents the blood of all those who gave their lives, the black represents the mourning of those who didnt have their loved ones return home, and the green leaf represents the grass and crops growing and future prosperity after the war destroyed so much. The leaf should be positioned at 11 oclock to represent the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month, the time that World War One formally ended. He was worried that younger generations wouldnt understand this and his generation wouldnt be around for much longer to teach them. X lestweforget
