14.01.2022 So I always forget to take a pic of my nails and only remember just before I do my new set. Here they are - a little grown out and worn but still on after 5 weeks. Lol

14.01.2022 As you are all probably well aware there are restrictions put in place to try and STOP the spread of COVID-19. Some businesses have to close their doors. At this point in time it Does NOT effect the Beauty industry, so I will continue to work until I am told otherwise - this means that business is now taken on a day to day basis. I want to stay open for you, but not at the risk of anyone's health, including mine, clients, my children, Husband, In laws and family etc. In ord...er to keep my doors open and myself germ free I need everyone to please contact me to reschedule your appointment If................. - You are feeling at all unwell, sore throat, Cough or fever. - You have recently traveled outside of Australia or been in close contact with someone who has in the last 2 weeks. - Or you don't feel comfortable with keeping your appointment due to the circumstances. I have amped up the cleaning and sanitizing with extra protocol in place. My table is always wiped down and clean sanitized tools are placed down between each client. Hands are to be washed by myself and client before and after each end every client, I am also now wiping down door handles, chairs etc and every other surface etc also have Glen 20 in use & full sterilization protocol. As Normal there is always the alcohol based hand sanitizer at my table in which must also be used after hand washing. Dose not hurt to double dip on the hand sanitizing. For that extra protection I have face masks available too. Right now we are lucky that our industry is one that is allowed to continue trading, however there will most likely be a time where we are also told to close. In the event that happens / or we have a case in our community etc everyone will be notified. I will be operating by appointment only. I unfortunately at this time will Not be taking any new clients. 12.01.2022 As most of you would have heard by now that the beauty & nail industry has now joined the closed of business list. Unfortunately that includes me being a hone salon. I will officially notify all of you to confirm cancellation of appointments. Please stay positive and remember that this cannot go on forever that my doors will open again once this is all over and safe for everyone to do so again. This is hard but at the end of the day your health is more important than gorgeous nails etc. we are all in this together so you are not alone. I will keep updates on Facebook and finally get around to posting everyone’s nail picks. Lol. I’m sorry it has come to this. 09.01.2022 The virus is now in our region with several cases. I have attached the statement issued by the Southern Health District which spells out the circumstances and p...rovides critical information. The fires tested our community and once again we will be tested in order to save lives. Time to dig deep and continue to be the amazing people and community we are. Please follow the public health advice to safeguard our doctors, nurses and our wider community. Canberrans have been asked to not come to the South Coast and it is vital this message is followed in the interests of everybody. To those who have to keep our community going from our supermarket staff, our pharmacies, our medical workforce, teachers, police, firies - thank you. We all care and we are here to support you. Please look after your neighbours and our seniors who live alone. A simple phone call can mean so much. I know this is so unfair after the fires but we have incredible resilience and resolve. Let’s get through it.

It's not "just nails" Never has been and never will be!

02.01.2022 Sorry to have to say it- If you are from Victoria on holidays or have recently been to Victoria Please DO NOT book an appointment with me. I have just been only able to open my doors again due to the Covid 19 restrictions and I’m afraid my business cannot take another hit like that again. I run my business from home and me and my family can not afford to get sick or contract the covid-19 illness. It will be devastating. Thanks Cathy.

02.01.2022 So it has been a while since I’ve posted any of my work. What a year we have all been having - the 2020 curse. Yes I have been open and doing nails but lost my posting mojo somewhere in amounts it all. Well here is the lovely Jola D'Arcy nails. Using Glitter Blendz confetti glitter and fluid to create these babies.

02.01.2022 Its the post that everyone has been waiting for. I will be open again by appointment only as of tomorrow Monday the 1st of June 2020. I will now be taking new client appointments from Monday the 8th of June 2020. It is important that we as Nail Technicians / business owners have these strict rules in place that will follow. The last 2 months have been unforgettable, frightening and unsettling for everyone. I ask that all my present & new clients follow the rules below accordi...ngly ( having a 2nd outbreak and closure would be devastating at this point). HELP Me HELP you by preventing the spread of COVID-19. As Follows- - Only 1 person permitted in the in the salon with me at any time (No children, family or friends please). - Please do not enter the salon until your appointment time or unless instructed otherwise. - A sanitising station will be set up prior to service commencement. If you have allergies regarding this, please bring your own. - Do NOT attend your appointment if you are not well, have a family member unwell or have visited anyone who is unwell. you will be turned away otherwise. - If you have travelled 2 weeks prior to your appointment or have been around anyone who has, please reschedule. - I will be wearing a mask & gloves. - Please bring your own mask to your appointment. - if you have a design you are wanting, please send prior to your appointments. Some designs are a little more intricate than others and will need more time. - If you have any DIY nails on PLEASE REMOVE IT prior to your appointment as you will be charged for removal. - A client card will be filled out at every appointment. This is so I record of who I see in case of a 2nd Covid outbreak. Hopefully I will not need to refer to these and everyone does the right thing. - I will have a Sneeze Guard in place -subject to arrival - should be here Monday ???
