11.01.2022 So today we baked the Wholegrain mix . It was very nice , lighter than expected .

10.01.2022 We have now added flour and bread mixes to our ever growing list of ingredients . Coming from Western Australian producers we will now carry the range of OVER THE TOP flours. We tested the crusty white in the bread maker today and VERA is testing it at home and preparing the mix by hand ( so we will keep you posted there for her results ) We think the bread maker did a great job and the mix proved a winner by all the taste testers ! I would like to add that this was a 500 g loaf so one 2 kg pack will make 4 loaves .

Well let me tell you this is not the only item that needs to be just perfect for the job The egg flip , pancake flipper , lifter whichever you call it has to be up there with the tea cups !! As we are not a franchise we try and buy them from many different brands just so you can find just the one you like . !!
