23.01.2022 @sammy1parker reached out when she was ready post IVF pregnancy. She has now done 4 x 6 week online programs with me. Sammy is a busy Mum of 2 beautiful kids. Her husband works full time. She works night shift. But she doesnt find excuses. She finds the time and gets it done. Today we got to catch up for a session whilst I'm in Geelong. ... I was so proud to see her results. I could see all her hard work and persistence in our session. I could see she followed the program accordingly. Consistency and Persistence will always shine. 15.01.2022 Coconut rice. - 2 cups organic basmati rice - 1 can organic coconut cream - 1 cup water Cook on stove top.... Bring to boil then turn to low heat for 8-10mins with the lid on. Oven baked Kale chips. - pinch of sweet paprika powder - pinch of garlic powder - pinch of Himalayan salt - pinch of mixed Italian herbs Bake on 160 degrees for 8-10mins depending on your oven. Pan Fried pineapple and mixed beans. - dash of coconut oil - 1 can organic 3 bean mix - 1 can organic cannelini beans - 1/2 diced fresh pineapple - pinch of sweet paprika powder - pinch of garlic powder - pinch of mixed Italian herbs Enjoy! This exercise will work the rear delts, traps, rhomboids and a little bit of biceps. Therefore, as these upper back muscles get strong, it can help improve your posture.
