25.01.2022 ROYAL CARIBBEAN RELEASE GREAT NEW CRUISE WITH CONFIDENCE POLICY! Concerned about traveling? Looking for flexibility in your plans? We get it. Whether you’re already booked on a cruise, or are thinking about it, we want you to Cruise with Confidence. That’s why Royal Caribbean will let you cancel any cruise that sets sail from now through April 30, 2022. Whether it’s a booking you already have or one you make right now through August 1, 2020, you’re covered. As long as you can...cel at least 48 hours before your sail date, you’ll receive a Future Cruise Credit. The credit can be used toward any cruise that sets sail through December 31, 2021 or 12 months from your cancellation date whichever is further. In addition, we have added a Lift and Shift and Best Price Guarantee option to our Cruise with Confidence Program. NEW! Best Price Guarantee - Stick with us and you’ll be eligible to take advantage of our Best Price Guarantee up to 48-hours prior to your cruise vacation, ensuring the best rate and/or promotion. NEW! Lift and Shift - Lift and Shift is for those guests simply wishing to move their existing booking to next year. For CWC guests that are ready to move to an alternative sail date in the following year, we’re happy to price protect the original pricing and/or promotion if the alternative sailing is the same itinerary, length, and stateroom category. However, the alternative sail date that the guest will be moved to, needs to be dated within 4 weeks (before or after) of the original sail date, but for the following year. For example, if you are moving from a July 30, 2020 sailing, you must move to a sailing that is the same itinerary, length, and stateroom category, and the sail date should be June 30, 2021 August 30, 2021. To be eligible, guests must move their booking on or before August 1, 2020. What you need to know As long as you cancel at least 48 hours before you set sail, you’ll receive a Future Cruise Credit. All sailings departing on-or-before April 30, 2022 qualify under the Cruise With Confidence policy. Future Cruise Credits can be used toward any future cruise that sets sail through December 31, 2021. You may owe any difference in cruise fare if your new booking exceeds the Future Cruise Credit’s value. Some restrictions may apply.

However we must let you know that the Australian Government has extended its ban on cruise operations until June 15, 2020 as we work together as a nation to slow the spread of coronavirus. ... I know you will be wanting to know what affect this will have on your upcoming cruise. 12.01.2022 Extension of Pause in Operation Dates P & O Australia and Carnival Australia This morning both P & O Australia and Carnival Australia have announced they are further extending the pause in their cruise operations in Australia until August 31, 2020 due to the impact of COVID-19. ... UPDATE FROM P&O’S PRESIDENT STURE MYRMEL: Hi everyone, we wanted to bring you an update on P&O’s sailings scheduled to depart from June 16 this year. In response to continuing travel restrictions due to the impact of COVID-19, it has become necessary to extend our pause in operations in Australia and New Zealand to August 31, 2020. Australia and New Zealand have led the world in flattening the COVID-19 curve, which adds to our optimism for the future. We are confident in the knowledge that cruising will be back but at this point in time we recognise a further extension to our pause is the prudent and responsible course of action. Over the coming weeks, our team will make contact with all those guests affected by this development and we apologise for the disruption to future holiday plans. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of our guests again for their understanding and support during this period of uncertainty. Like you, we are looking forward to better times ahead and welcoming you onboard our ships when it is safe to do so. UPDATE FROM CARNIVAL AUSTRALIA: We continue to assess how we support the efforts to manage the ongoing response to COVID-19. We are ensuring we are well prepared to support all public health and regulatory requirements prior to resuming service. Therefore, we have decided to cancel our scheduled cruises on Carnival SPLENDOR from Jun16 through August 31, 2020 and on Carnival SPIRIT's trans-pacific sailing from Hawai’i departing on 6 October, 2020. If you were booked on any of the cruises affected we will be sending out communications with further details. So, please keep an eye on your inbox or call your travel agent to get the details on the flexible options we are offering to those impacted. Please continue to take care of yourself and loved ones. We thank you for your patience and support. I will be in contact as soon as possible with all of my guests impacted by the new sailing suspensions. Thank you for your understanding and patience during these extraordinary times. Stay safe x

07.01.2022 CLIA AUSTRALASIA STATEMENT CLIA and its cruise line members are responding to evolving circumstances swiftly and in consultation with governments and health aut...horities internationally in relation to COVID-19. As always, the health and safety of passengers and crew is the highest priority. As the Australian and New Zealand governments have announced, arrivals by cruise ships in both countries will be suspended. As many cruise lines had previously announced voluntary suspensions of their operations, the industry is already well advanced in returning ships to port. CLIA has been working closely with governments in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, and has been consulting with regional, state and national health authorities over the extensive measures enacted by the cruise industry globally. Cruise lines are now focused on a safe and smooth return for affected ships at sea, and on arrangements for the disembarkation of passengers. While we acknowledge these suspensions will cause inconvenience and disappointment to many, cruise lines are working around the clock to maintain a focus on the health and safety of passengers and crew. This is an unprecedented situation and we are conscious not only of the impact upon on guests, but also on the destinations that cruise lines visit and the many businesses that depend upon cruise tourism. Despite challenging times, we are confident our industry has the resilience to overcome this situation in the longer term.
