23.01.2022 It's been a few years since I've been making cakes regularly and posting them to this page. But it doesn't mean I stopped baking altogether! Taking a trip down memory lane tonight, I wanted to share a few of my favourite cakes from the last few years.

21.01.2022 I'm in the kitchen tonight and tomorrow, prepping some finger food for this very special event on Saturday. My sister-in-law Emma, Gallery ONE88 Fine Arts in Katoomba and other big-hearted people in our local community are doing a wonderful thing. Click on the link if you want to know more.
