25.01.2022 When John Lennon appeared on The Dick Cavett Show on 11 May 1972 with Yoko Ono, John shared his view on the popular belief at the time that Yoko was the cause of the break up of the world's biggest group. John stated that if she was the cause of the breakup, which he denied, the world should be thankful for all of the amazing music that the individual members of the group had created thereafter. George's seminal 'All Things Must Pass' would never have materialised if the Be...atles would have stayed together. 'Imagine' wouldn't have had the timeless impact that it has on everybody who hears it. Paul's 'Maybe I'm Amazed' was eventually voted one of the most meaningful love songs, ever. All of these amazing songs were recorded away from the Beatles. The point is this: breakups can be hard, but they're usually necessary when they do happen. People outgrow each other and simply want to travel in their own direction without having to think about the wellbeing of, in this case, three other people. It didn’t mean that everything that they had achieved became worthless, if anything it meant more, as time has stood testimony to. To say that the Beatles became friends again is misleading. They were always friends, even during the frostiest of encounters. Later, as things thawed out again, their friendship took on a more serene meaning. It was deeper, more valuable, more robust. These traumatic events bring about huge surges of productive energy and unexpected side-effects that might never have occurred if the breakup didn't happen. A bit of friction every so often helps all parties to make the changes that they knew were needed but had been overlooking or avoiding for so long. Whereas the resentment might be real in the heat of the moment, once you're able to see things from both sides, that pales into insignificance as you realise that the most important thing is that you were lucky to have had somebody who, though ineloquent, was ultimately the catalyst for overdue change. Don't take it personally. In most cases, people simply run out of space and the end becomes an inevitability. Embrace it and look forward to the regrouping.

Zwift is an online platform that allows people to either run or cycle together in iconic, virtual locations from home or gym using easily obtainable and affordable hardware. At I Love PT we offer online training to everybody who has access to an iPhone and a treadmill. The treadmill doesn't have to be fancy or new. For a small fee, clients can use a Zwift 'RunPod' that attaches easily to your s...hoelaces, which will then allow us to train together from anywhere on the planet via a wifi or data connection. This innovative approach to fitness helps people to stay motivated by committing to create or sustain their levels of fitness during Lockdown. For many, it is a struggle to stay focused during these times, so training with a Personal Trainer via Zwift is a great way to keep on top of your health. We’re all set up, sterilised, disinfected and closed to the general public. Only private clients are allowed access to our fitness area and each of them is screened on each visit. During this time I have had over one-hundred thousand hours of hands-on experience, helping people with all kinds of fitness and wellbeing matters. Every client and every session is unique. No two clients' needs are the same. Everybody has different and common abilities. Most of all clients appreciate a Personal Trainer who is intuitive and responsive. 11.01.2022 I’m not a religious person, but I do recognise some of the lessons that permeate the boundaries of common sense and logic. Knowing better can be both a blessing and a curse simultaneously. When we slow things down, we can avoid rushing to judgment and saving ourselves the drama and suffering that ensues. You don’t have to be religious or spiritual to understand some of the passages in the Bible, but some of them are really deep when you remove the religious connotations and apply them to everyday life.

I did this in the rain and it felt amazing in my bare feet Where near you is open and safe? You can slip into your own little microcosm for a while and put the world’s woes on hold while you tune up your bodily systems to be able to cope and remain as resilient as they need to continue to thrive.
