25.01.2022 I had the pleasure of taking these instructors through some of my favourite gruelling training sessions, this weekend. Some of them hadnt seen anything like it before, hope they can use it when they teach in their own clubs in the future. It was great catching up with friends and making new ones. Look forward to next time.

24.01.2022 Hey guys this Saturday’s training for Team Insane will commence at 6:15am at the Broadbeach Park with a half hour run, then followed by 1 hour yoga in the park. If you have any energy left after that we will do 500 sit-ups. All welcome make sure you bring $5 for yoga.

10.01.2022 I have been reflecting on the 7th ITF World Cup held in Sydney from the 25th to the 29th of September 2018 over the last week. I would like to take this opportu...nity to thank every single one of you who has posted and messaged about the success of the event and my Promotion to Grand Master. This World Cup could not have been so successful without the hard work of our team behind the scenes. I would like to thank my daughter Melanie Khadi who worked around the clock, whilst also preparing herself for the competition. Steve Sarkis for his unconditional support and Trevor McIntyre for his time over the last 6 months. To all of the people who worked very hard behind the scenes, there are too many to mention you all by name. (You know who your are) Thank you! I appreciate your help and support. There are three achievements which have made this event so significant to my life. The first one being, my Daughter Melanie Khadi winning her first Gold Medal on an International Level. I couldn't be more proud. The second, Australia from a zero ranking last year to being ranked 2nd in the World at this competition, following our neighbours New Zealand in first place is a remarkable achievement for the Oceanic Region. I am proud of every single one of you. The final achievement being the Success of the 7th ITF World Cup, it has been considered to be the one of the best ITF events ever held, from the organisation to the overall running of the event. It was the biggest event held outside of Europe so far. I would like to thank the Tournament Committee and the Umpiring Committee for your efforts in making it so successful. 06.01.2022 With this message I want to support the candidature of GM Daher for the position of 3rd Vice-President for the upcoming elections. I also want to express my wis...h to work with him in the future because he is not only the President of the Oceanic region in our ITF (since 2004) but also on the ITF Board since 2003. Under his guidance Australia & Oceania has been growing and New Zealand organized one of the best World Champs ever in 2011 and he organized the World Cup in Australia last year with more than 1000 competitors!! His TKD career started in 1972 and since then he was a true student of the martial art developed by our Founder General Choi Hong Hi and was working a lot in Asia (China and Malaysia). Born in Lebanon he knows this part of the World (Western Asia) better than anybody of us especially the culture, the religion, the mentality, the way of life and the language = Arabic. Did you know that we have 22 countries in the Middle East, the Gulf region and North Africa that speaks Arabic? GM Daher have the perfect requirements to develop this region with more than 400 million inhabitants over half of whom over 25 years. The ITF have neglected this countries over many years and the plan is to start the same process as we did in Africa during the last 10 years. I wish GM Daher good luck and success for the upcoming elections so that we can start the process.
