20.01.2022 A big farewell to the lovely Daisy! She started with the bakery as her very first job back over 5 years ago as a young teen. Daisy has been a very valuable member of the team & will be missed not only the staff but many of our customers who she has built a lovely rapport with over the years! She's not going far though & wish her well on her new adventure as a now qualified beautician in her own new business in Yamba!

16.01.2022 This week we brought back an old favorite... the well loved Viennese Biscuit...a light buttery shortbread biscuit piped into fingers or swirls then filled with jam & icing then dipped in yummy chocolate that just melts in your mouth! Perfect for a morning or afternoon tea treat with a cuppa!
