19.01.2022 The Clarence Valley has the best seafood in the world right? We love this time of year, schoolie prawn season! Those little sweet beauties taste like childhoo...d holidays. Packing up the car with all the camping gear, stopping at the Fishos to pick up a couple of kilos of schoolies caught that day, a dozen bread rolls and off we go. Our first job while the grown ups set up camp, was to peel the prawns ready for lunch. Genius when you think of how long it takes to peel 2 kilos worth! "one for the bowl, one for me" And now we have a family of our own nothing changes!
