21.01.2022 Iluminar By Night is back Yoga for Teens 7pm-10pm There are so many great things planned for this class we had to extend it by half an hour! In this class we will search for a purpose and give you permission to go after your dream! Through yoga meditation and movement this class is full of fun and excitement. Our special guest will assist us with unblocking any limitations to follow our Souls true Desire. There will of course be some Tea from T2 and some yummy treats... 14.01.2022 Iluminar Yoga for Teens had a fantastic turn out on Friday night We were treated with a wealth of knowledge about Essential Oils about how they assist us. We each got to make our own Intention Spray with our favourite oils. The girls got to know each other a little better with People Bingo! After an introduction Yoga sequence we had some yummy treats. We then had a fun blind yoga and partner session. Thank you to the beautiful Sidsel for sharing your knowledge of Essential Oils and to Neena and Ashleigh for your support

09.01.2022 Very grateful for all that attended my monthly Yoga Workshop on Friday night. LUMI TWEENS 8-12yo This group was so much fun. The children made intention bracelets, some of the kids intentions were "help others" "more confidence" and "been kind to myself" they then wrote out little messages for the teens! Some write words like "Smile" "love" "I love pigs do you love pigs?" and "If you look deep in your heart you will find happiness" All these words make me filled with so much joy! After a lovely snack we did a lovely yoga sequence and partner yoga. We finished with a beautiful chant that completed our Happiness theme.
