25.01.2022 The wood fired pizza oven, the heart of our kitchen, never get's cold! It is heated up to around 400 degrees daily to cook our pizzas to crusty perfection! Fun fact - the Valoriani pizza ovens originate from Tuscany, Italy for over 50 years and are still produced in Italy today.
