05.01.2022 I find this quote fitting as a Business Owner. And I'm convinced that this has hugely impacted my Covid-19 response. Those that know me well would accurately label me as a workaholic, so when Imagine Entertainment came to a halt due to Covid, I & no doubt everyone else, expected me to struggle to adjust to the lack of tasks & to be totally overwhelmed with the financial implications of 6mnths without delivering any substantial events. However the exact opposite has occurr...ed & I attribute this to the special qualities of those who surround me & the space this has created for me. But it is not accidental that those who surround me; from my team, collaborating partners, suppliers and talent to my valued clients all come together & sprinkle their magic! It was designed this way by developing a #ValueSet for #ImagineEntertainment which gave me a clear framework to selectively choose stakeholders to achieve peak results. By no means are these results purely financial, they also include holding a space filled with integrity, loyalty, respect, passion & personal growth to allow for a journey of walking side by side as our best selves.
