16.01.2022 Following on from our Munch & Move training earlier in the week our educators have been working on mastering their own Fundamental Movement Skills. We have photographed examples of the steps to perform each fundamental movement skill which will be a focus each week for the children. We also have a Munch & Move display in the hallway which includes healthy recipes, practical uses for fundamental movement skills and helpful information in regards to healthy lifestyle and physical activity. Outcome 3.2 Children take increasing responsibility for their own health and physical wellbeing.

Hello, my name is Lizz Hensen and I am the Centre Director and Nominated Supervisor of Imagine Childcare & Preschool Ballina. I have completed a Bachelor of Arts/Education (Primary/Early Childhood), and have been teaching throughout the Northern Rivers for several years. I believe in a child-centred approach to early childhood, and base my pedagogy around the Early Years Learning Framework and the Na...tional Quality Standard.
