24.01.2022 I love when I get empowered by learning about something that expands my knowledge and wisdom grows. I am reading this to help me understand what is happening to our kids brains and as a result I am learning more than I anticipated Just finished reading the chapter on multi tasking in which I can be so guilty of time to change that!

24.01.2022 Don't be concerned if a big fat delicious " NO" comes your way. It's a beautiful way to acknowledge that whatever it is, it's not meant to be for that time or thing or people. Accepting the NO at this time can mean better things and opportunities are coming in the future and your NO is preparing you to make room for it. A NO can be the force that can stop you from being in mis-alignment with something or someone.... A NO can be a blessing in disguise. Now isn't that's a thought! A NO can mean, its not the right time or its not a good match. So Don't worry if things don't work out the way you want them too. TRUST that it will all work out the way it's suppose to. We all have a purpose to live out while we are here on earth. Keep moving towards it. EMBRACE YOUR "NO" TODAY so your YES can turn up in the RIGHT TIME, IN THE RIGHT PLACE, WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE. 24.01.2022 Helloooing! . May I SHARE something with you today?? . FEELING stuck can feel awful and depressing, especially when our thoughts are in battle or in limbo. Been there, done that! It's yuck right? ... . One thing I have learnt in my life is learning HOW to LISTEN to my life. What is my life trying to tell me? Is it time to do something different? Do I need to let some things go. Is there someone to forgive. What is working? What is not working ..........etc etc. . Would you AGREE these are great QUESTIONS?? . DARING to ASK the hard questions, and make decisions that honored my journey to Self love and acceptance of WHO I AM and BECOMING, started with a decision to TRUST the process. . It's a tricky thing when growing up unsure of who you are, unsure of the path ahead HOWEVER its a BEAUTIFUL THING when you take time to discover and get to know yourself and for some....for the FIRST TIME IN THEIR LIFE . Where ever you find yourself today TRUST that when u take 1 step FORWARD today, big or small, you will find in some way...... An answer you might be looking for, or an opportunity you have been waiting for. A chance to grow and expand. A moment of leaping out in faith! . 19.01.2022 Okidokey! It's Sunday, only 5 more days till 2021 and I am wondering......................... Do you know what you would like your 2021 to be like? Have you got an idea of what it looks like?... It's super easy to lose sight of where your going. Just like sign posts on the roads that tells us what to do and adjust accordingly when we need to, we can do some signs ourselves. There is a lot of wisdom in writing down our vision. It really helps stay on the course when you have your vision is in front of your eyes everyday! After all, humans are creatures of habit, So the more you read your vision, say your vision over and over, the more it breathes through your day, helping you create steps and moving towards your vision for the year.
