24.01.2022 Nothing makes me happier than taking my Customers Fishing in my playground. "The Mighty Brisbane River and the Humble IMA koume" Week 2. The Brisbane River, not only is it our backyard it is also a great fishery that constantly produces prize size fish. In recent years, the Threadfin, Mulloyway and even snapper have been calling this place their home.... if you used the right lure and put in the hours, the River will never disappoint. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- I took Gao James and Clint Monley into the River. Because I have been to the river a week ago and I had an idea where the fish was going to be. I took the boat upriver and it wasn't long before Andy got smashed by Threadfin salmon. The Threadfin not only mistaken his lure for a prawn. it engulfed it!! as the tide died down, the fishing got tougher and we almost gave up. As we were driving back to the Boat ramp downriver, I chanced upon one of my old favorite fishing spot. we decided to stop there for a flick. We were then rewarded with another Slab of Gold as Clint Monley hooked up to his first-ever fish on a Vibration Lure. The IMA Koume is always our go-to lure because it just seems so effortless and easy to use. its signature vibration is irresistible to the resident fish in the Brisbane river. Even tho we sell a lot of other vibes in my shop, in my opinion, we catch a lot more Brisbane River Threadfin and Mulloway on the IMA koume than any other lure. it was a great night, and it was already 12am in the morning when we got back to the Boat Ramp. Time to wash up, go to bed and head back into the shop tomorrow morning! even the boss has to work after a long night of fishing. hahahaha. ill be hitting the River regularly now, and I promise to post more updating you guys on where the fish might me. 08.01.2022 Kallum Arie with Gold and Silver in the Brisbane River, All the Fish were Fooled by the IMA Koume 90 Heavy. The Koume worked so well in the dirty water because compared to the other soft body vibration lures. the Hardbody of the IMA Koume allowed the lure to be produce a much stronger/louder Vibration. A very important characteristic for getting shy fish to commit and notice in muddy dirtier water.
