Iand how their body moves.f there is anyone out there that has a child that loves to dance we have a range of classes to suit different ages and levels. Dance is a great way for children to learn coordination, balance, spacial awearness, teamwork, social skills and friendships ... Tonight we have our Playdance class from 4:10pm till 4:40, this class would suit children aged 4 years old that love to move. 18.01.2022 Hello studio family and fans. What an absolutely brilliant night it was last night here in the studio for the I'm Brilliant program. All the children put on a fantastic performance bring the stage to life with enchanted creatures. We had fairies, unicorns, Phoenixes a dragon, Amber the singing bowl, fidget the spinner a bunyip a couple of humans that turned enchanted and even Elfis (Elvis) drop in to say thank you very much. We are all very proud of the way the children cam...e together to learn a whole play in just one day, using the different skills that they had learned through the first 3 days of the program to produce something that looked energetic fun and imaginative, that had a really good message about peace and harmony between each other. Thank you to all the parents for letting us spend time with your children and giving us the opportunity to guide them and teach them about problem solving, focus, resilience, collaboration, accountability, perseverance, confidence, creativity, communication, dedication and mindfulness. All children have an internal brilliance it is giving them the opportunity to find what that is that is important. Let you children express themselves in many ways, this will help them to find what they enjoy and give them confidence to strive for anything they want to achieve in life. 17.01.2022 Greetings to everyone after all this time. I have been off the radar for a while getting used to the fact I am not teaching dance and where to next? It is a very exciting stage to be in. I had the pleasure of catching up with some of my past students when they came to the studio to participate in the 2 day Im Brilliant Mindset/Mindful In-school program for grades 5/6 from St Michaels and the half day Im Brilliant Mindful Program with the lovely 2,3,4s. We had a blas...t learning about having a growth mindset and being aware of how we manage our emotions. and how we are being. I really loved working with these wonderful children and they created and performed some awesome ideas. I have started to re-organise the studio for the new era and as it unfolds I will keep you posted..I often think of you all and wonder how you are going and trust you are all well and happy. Where they have been spending the day getting ready for their performance that they will be holding tonight at 5:30 for their friends and family. 10.01.2022 Good morrning studio family and fans. We hope that you are having a lovely weekend with your family and friends. These pictures are from our Primary 1B ballet class enjoying their last few minutes before home time. There is now only 6 weeks left till the end of term and our classes are starting to get ready for our end of year dance. They are all very excited.... Even though we are near the end of term and the end of another year, we still encourage anyone who can't sit still and just want to move and groove to come down and have a dance in one of our many classes. On Monday we have our Primary 1C class children aged 5-6 from 4pm till 4:30pm and our Primary 1B class children aged 6-8 from 4:40pm till 5:25pm. If you have a child that would like to come and have a dance feel free to come along and have a free trial dance with us here.
