04.01.2022 Hi Everyone this was copied off another sight but it is very interesting to see and talk to other operators and find out that no one in the local community have been contacted except for the major companies! After working to fight the fires alongside the community from day dot don’t our locals deserve first pick and if then we can’t complete all the works on our own, allow other struggling companies to have ago. We cannot employ more locals into our business if the work is be...ing given to outside companies that bring their own outside people! If you are interested in helping our community please when Laing Oroarke call please request a local company! You have every right to decide who is on your property and who carries out the work! COPPIED Well I was told they would be contracting to our locals Eurobodalla yet Alot people signed up I can’t tell you one off our locals that have got the clean up jobs they bought there own Asbestos workers machine operators truck drivers etc from Sydney like with covid19 virus fires don’t the locals deserve the contracts with had a very rough year how about you give the locals ago .Take stand Eurobodalla support locals. Laing O'Rourke are making bookings now for property inspections due to start Tuesday 7th of April. They are classified as an essential service , so the clean-up is going ahead at this stage.
