The takeaway menu page of our website has it all (link below) how to order, what to order, how to make it hot. Oh, and by the way, we are also doing takeaway beer at $2.50 a bottle!!! With the Royal Queensland Show (2020 Ekka) off the table, I.M.C. has been approached by JBS to showcase award-winning beef from livestock entered into the prestigious Royal National Agricultural Association of Queenslands Paddock to Plate competition We are chuffed to give our fellow North Queenslanders a chance to try some of Australias finest, literally competition grade, beef ... We would have loved to attend the Ekka, where beef from the competition is traditionally sold, but it is great the Paddock to Plate competition still went ahead this year with over 40 of Australias top beef producers entering their best livestock, from some of the oldest family-held properties, with the best bloodlines in Australia Our butchers have been busy portioning up four select cuts of the 100-day grain-fed competition category best guess, at the rate we grill, we have enough to last about two weeks so if you are keen to taste and compare the beef that competes in these major competitions drop in soon! Work with us on this, we are shooting from the hip, but we have grand plans, very grand plans, to grill up some real proper food to go with your Netflix binge sessions. Feast on steak not fries! (Actually, we will have fries too. And vegetables, sweet sweet nutritious vegetables to cure your fast food hangover!)
