20.01.2022 Hi farm friends We managed to get to what was our home & business today roads are still blocked a lot of walking has been done luckily we are both fit and healthy. At this stage the trees seem to be ok but not certain as some have been badly burnt and will be stressed. In saying that we have lost house power and all the machinery needed to process the Nuts. We are still unsure about what we will do. Thanks for all your well wishes we still have each other

18.01.2022 Hi farm friends last night I changed the phone number for our page email remands the same. At this stage we have ordered the Harvester which has to come from Germany. Still a lot to do. Hopefully maybe we will have Nuts if not this time next year maybe the year after. Thanks Sue & Matt

10.01.2022 To all our farm friends we are still unable to access the farm and have been told by a neighbor that we have lost the house. 90% of properties were lost in Kiah. We don’t know about the hazelnut orchard and the machinery We have emergency accommodation in town through our insurance I will keep you all posted Sue & Matt
