23.01.2022 Immanuel College won today's Independent Primary Schools 2018 Meet 2 at the IC pool. Immanuel College finished with 458 points, 2nd PAC-Seymour at 441, 3rd Scotch College.. Congrats to all the Piranha swimmers that competed..

21.01.2022 What a finish to a great week of Immanuel Piranhas performances !! We finished up at 11th place with 462 points against 42 teams.. Norwood (4454) won with Marion (4176) 2nd followed by Kent Town in (1655) 3rd. We certainly punch above our weight given the size of our small team ! At the after party we had 29 parents and swimmers to unwind and enjoy some social time together. So in closing out, a big congrats to all IP swimmers on their success throughout the week Also a big thanks to all our helpers.. A special shout out to Paul for all his help, guidance and support during the championships.

13.01.2022 Good morning Swim Clubs and Referees Below is some urgent information that we request you make your members aware of regarding our upcoming Carnival. Another mu...ch more detailed email will be sent out first thing next week (if not beforehand) with all the other relevant info such as timeline, timekeeping roster etc. but for now the info below affects a large number of competitors. Nomination time errors were a result of being one of the first carnivals in Australia to use SwimCentral and many of the problems we encountered have now (hopefully) been rectified. The software writers are grateful for the support and assistance of members. Check seed time data Each and every competitor/family is requested to check the 'DRAFT Confirmed Entrants' list (emailed to all clubs 06/06/19) and check their listed seed times for each event. If they believe there is a significant error, they have until STRICTLY 9:00am on Saturday 8th June 2019 to: Advise us via [email protected] of the time they believe should be seeded with Include a screenshot of that time from their Results Central data (if this is not provided we will not be considering it for amendment) *please note that only times that were valid at the time of nomination (not since you nominated) can be accepted. A reminder that nomination times are just that and are only used for seeding purposes. If your time is slightly out, it is not necessary to rectify it. Remember that only short course times (without conversion) can be used. There will be no changing of seeding due to entry time errors after the cut-off. Entries in wrong events One important issue we encountered with SwimCentral was that the Come & Try events were listed as Open events, and as such quite a number of people entered these events, in particular the 50m Backstroke (despite the fact there was no charge to their nomination confirmation). If you have members who have X next to their seed time in the 'DRAFT Confirmed Entrants' list (emailed to all clubs 06/06/19) in any of the non C&T events, we respectfully request those families make payment urgently to the Marion Swimming Club. If no payment is received, swimmers will be removed from the event. Payments to be made to: Marion Swimming Club BSB: 035000 Acct: 317753 Amount: $8.28 per event with an X next to the seed time Description: (name) MSC Entries Receipt emailed to: [email protected] We have tried to differentiate between the registered competitive swimmers and the Come & Try swimmers based on previous meet results (versus NT). If you have a swimmer who was hoping to compete for the first time, but they have been placed in the Come & Try programme, our apologies but it was the best we could do given the data issues, and at the end of the day, they are the events they themselves entered, and they havent paid the entry fees. At least they will get to race for free and their times will be recognised. Amended start times Please be advised that due to the size of our meet, and regular confusion between our meets and Swimming SA meets, we have moved the times of our Carnival to align with SSA meets. New times are: Gates open 7:30am / Warm ups 7:45am-8:45am / Racing starts 9:00am Any questions or concerns please email us ([email protected]) Thanks for your patience at this challenging time.
