Job Location: Melbourne - Australia Job Description: Responsibilities: Prepare and present student-centered online lessons aligned with course requirements and learning outcomes. Build a positive learning environment and contribute to the delivery of quality English language courses. Address individual student needs and concerns both inside and outside teaching sessions. Carry out administrative tasks such as recording attendance and providing written feedback on student performance. Attend scheduled meetings with course coordinator / quality manager. Maintain professional and effective communication with students, colleagues, course coordinator and quality manager. Essential Criteria: Australian University Diploma or equivalent + IELTS score of at least 7.5 or equivalent (PTE 72) Excellent student engagement via online classes/sessions. Highly developed communication and organization skills Experience in teaching or tutoring English (or any other subjects in English) for non-native speakers Ability to embrace changes while focused on strategic deliverables and fostering a high-quality teaching environment. Desirable attributes: Holding a recognized English language teaching qualification or post-grad (E.g.
