19.01.2022 RESTRICTIONS EASING- IT'S TIME TO TRAIN!! 9th November - Adult Muaythai (non-contact) resumes! 23rd November - Full Contact Muaythai, Adults BJJ & Kids Bullyproof resumes!... All members should of received an email about the opening on the 9th of November. If you haven't, please email us at [email protected] Classes will require you to pre-book due to the current limits on class sizes. You'll find the link in the email. Last time there was over 100 bookings in the first 24 hours so get in fast to secure your desired time slot. Can't wait to see you all on the mat again soon!

18.01.2022 BACK INTO HIBERNATION We will be closing for another lockdown on Thursday 9th July as Victoria heads back into Stage 3 restrictions for 6 weeks. Classes today (Wednesday) will still run and be your chance to get one last training session in.... Like before, memberships have been automatically suspended during this period. It's been a challenging time with many changes and much uncertainty but you guys have been extremely supportive and we can't thank you enough! It was amazing having you all back even if it was just for a short period of time and we will do it again! See you all on the mat again soon - Dave, Lee & the Immersion MMA Team

16.01.2022 * 5 DAY VIC LOCKDOWN * Due to today's 5-day Lockdown announcement we'll be closed from midnight tonight until midnight Wednesday 17th Feb. Open mat is still running tonight 5-7pm at Glen Waverley and 6-8pm at Ringwood so you're welcome to come get one last session in. ... Classes resume Thursday 18th February!
