11.01.2022 Welcome to Immunity Yoga Immunity Yoga is yoga for everyone. It is a place where students can practice self care. Where they can breathe, move & heal at their own pace honouring themselves and where they are at in the moment. Immunity yoga invites students to arrive 10-15 minutes early to give yourself time to settle in. You are welcome to a cup of tea. Once entering the yoga room all students are invited to practice silence. Healing is an inward journey to the self through t...he self. Classes are limited to a maximum of 8 students. Bookings are essential. Contact us to save your place. Mats, blocks & straps are provided or you are welcome to bring your own.
