17.01.2022 ...and here it is, the debut single by Imocean Studio Band! Morning Sun was written by a group of friends when we were in college. It's about having to face challenges in the daily grind that we call life, getting through however you can and realising that there’s always a new dawn. It's been a long project but a pretty special one in that we could just hang out, be our goofy selves and create something that we're unbelievably proud of!... 12.01.2022 I decided to branch out today and properly master my latest project, as I'd been doing it myself up until now. After hearing it, I just gotta say WOW! A lot of home studio owners/new producers think of mastering as the small and finial piece of the chain so we do it ourselves (myself included), but having it properly done adds another element to the mix. Huge shoutout to Forensic Audio Mastering, Simon's the real deal if you’re looking for a mastering engineer. I’m super pumped to share this banger with you guys in February, watch this space for a tune called "Morning Sun". It'll have your head bopping and your toes tappin'

09.01.2022 Nothing beats a day in the studio with 2 good buddys laying down some ''fairy dust'' guitars! Insane metal palm mute/scratches on a wah-wah all the way through to luscious acoustic harmonics with a blue-sky Strong banter and playing with all sorts of guitars, amps & pedals, I felt like a grom in a music shop again Last little bit of harmonies & gang vocals soon, then it's on to touch up mixing. I'm getting nervous as it's my first time doing an EP (mini album), but excited at the same time

With covers of Matchbox Twenty, Pearl Jam, The Killers & the likes, the vibe's in the studio were top notch!
