Students remember to bring ... full uniforms sparring gear (intermediates and advance students) A water bottle for after grading!! Good luck everyone and kick some butt!!

07.01.2022 Hey Everyone, with yesterday announcements, we have some awesome news for what it means with our classes!! Contact training can resume (self-defence and sparring) We are allowed 20 spectators inside watching class (kids are included in this number)... Adult classes now are able to have 20 per class (Perviously 10) Masks still to be worn indoors while watching class Lets make this an awesome week everyone!! Lets get out there and kick some butt!!!!
