25.01.2022 I recently cleaned these dining chairs. The difference is night & day.

22.01.2022 I am often asked what is the difference between 'Dry Cleaning' and 'Hot Water Extraction Cleaning' (Commonly referred to as steam cleaning) Dry Cleaning uses a rotary scrubbing machine with absorbent pads underneath. A detergent is sprayed onto the carpet and the rotary machine is moved over the carpet, transferring the dirt from the carpet surface to the cotton pads. Advantages of this system are:... * Carpet dries quickly * Effective as a regular maintenance system Disadvantages * Does not give a deep clean of the carpet fibres * Marks can reappear as it only cleans the surface fibres * The rotary scrubbing action can be aggressive on carpet fibres * Is not a recommended cleaning method for many Carpet manufacturers and can void carpet warranties Hot Water Extraction Uses either a portable or truck mounted system. Detergent is applied to the carpet and agitated to break down the soiling. A fine mist of water is injected into the carpet fibres, rinsing the detergent and soiling from the fibres and is extracted using a powerful vacuum system. This system is recognised within the cleaning industry and carpet manufacturing industry as the most efficient and effective way of restoring a soiled carpet to the best condition possible. Advantages * Will remove more soiling than any other cleaning system * This is the cleaning system recommended by most Carpet Manufacturers Disadvantages * Takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to dry under normal circumstances. In summary, both systems will improve the look and condition of the carpet providing the operator is trained and skilled in its operation. Hot Water Extraction will provide a deeper clean that will look better for much longer and it will not affect the warranty of the carpet.

22.01.2022 Client purchased this house over 12 months ago. Although they were told that the carpets had been cleaned, these stains reappeared. This is quite common when the previous cleaner only cleaned the surface fibres but failed to remove all the residual contaminant. This will cause the stains to come back. With a little extra effort on these spots, we are confident that these stains will not reoccur. If they do reoccur within about 3 months, we are happy to return and have another attempt at no charge.

The solution is then extracted and the fibre groomed to ensure the fibres look as good as possible. Drying time should be between 1 and 3 hours depending on lounge suite material and atmospheric conditions
