Trade shows are one of the toughest events to virtualize. They’re designed to heighten the in-person experience. All of the sensory attractions, the engaged escapism and even the impromptu transitional interactions as people walk from booth to booth, or to lunch, these are part of the fabric of a trade show. BUT it is also time to brainstorm fun, unique catering items to attract visitors to your stand. When we last put together a stand for Merck Sharp & Dohme, they knew ever other exhibitor would have coffee barista’s so that wouldn’t stand out. MSD wanted to offer visitors something to compliment all that coffee, with a smel...l that would attract people from all over the hall.
