01.01.2022 Have you played at The Moldy Fig??? They need YOUR help!! NOW!! The venue are applying for a grant from Creative Victoria to help them carry on and reopen post lockdown! For the grant, they need letters of support from musicians who have performed at The Fig. **Deadline is Wednesday midday** Whether you performed at the OPEN MIC we ran there a couple of years back, one of the sets we helped organise midweek and on the weekends, or a full night of entertainment YOU CAN HELP!!... The venue literally may not survive without this assistance. PLEASE send an email to: [email protected] Write whatever you like in support of the venue, but be sure to include the following: Who you are What is your relation to the venue How the venue has supported you and the genre of music you play How the venue contributed to the Melbourne Music Scene Why you would like the venue to stay open If you need ANY help at all with writing this, feel free to message us.
