15.01.2022 Inspecting a customer's house today who ironically works for a housing department & part of her job description is to tell the tenants what they should be doing to prevent termite activity within their houses. To her surprise, we located termites within her house. This can be avoided, by keeping up annual termite inspections. A sure sign of termite activity is when you start to see the rippling effect in the timber as you can see in these photos. There are many ways to do a baiting/eradication treatment but we often find the Termiticide foam injector to be the most successful. Don't let this happen to you.

05.01.2022 Found this today while doing a routine 2 monthly inspection at a property in the rain. Termites were located in two stations. We dusted/treated the active termites with Termidor in this station. These termites will take it back to their nest, therefore killing off the queen. This in turn eradicates the entire colony. This shows the pressure of termites surrounding the property and why termite treatment is necessary. Have you protected your investment?
