25.01.2022 Just finished prepering the silverbeet and feta ravioli!!! Mmmm they are so yummy!!!! See you tommorrow at the market!!!

24.01.2022 Just finished preparing gluten free pasta!!! It has been pretty difficult but the result is very very nice!! I've just used: 100% gluten free flour, possum creek eggs and some water!! You will find the Gluten Free Maltagliati next tuesday at New Brighton Farmers Market!!

24.01.2022 Here we are with the I'MPASTA gnocchi!! made with dutch cream potatoes from Jumping Red Ant farm, organic premium baker flour from Demeter Farm Mill and organic eggs from Possum Creek!! They are home made in the real old fashion italian way (my grandma way to be honest!!). You can come to the New Brighton Farmers Market on the 6th of October to have a free taste of those yummy gnocchi that i will serve with a simple and tasty butter and sage sauce!! Don't miss them out!!!

14.01.2022 Here we are withe the I'MPASTA tagliatelle in the normal version and in the green version (turned green using the tasty spray free silverbeet from Jumping Red Ant in the dough)... You can come to buy them on the 6th of October at New Brighton Farmers Market from 7am!!

13.01.2022 Today i've been making beautiful cupsicum tagliatelle as a custumer from the market asked to me :) the result is amazing!!! You will find them at the market next tuesday!!

10.01.2022 Here there is the new vegeterian sauce: Grumpy sauce!! With spray free tomatoes, carrots, onions, and kalamata olives!!! All the vegetables are from Jumping Red Ant and the olives are from Grumpy Grandma :) come to buy it and taste it on Tuesday at New Brighton Farmers Market!!!:)

Tomorrow you'll get the chance to buy 5 different types of fresh homemade pasta :tagliatelle, green tagliatelle (made w silverbeet) , gnocchi, purple gnocchi, orange sweet potatoes gnocchi and roasted pumpkin ravioli...
