11.01.2022 The Federal Government has announced a $25,000 grant today for those building a new owner occupied home or substantially renovating a home. For first home buyers, this grant is in addition to the state First Home Owners Grant so those in Queensland could potentially qualify for $40,000. 04.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR MORTGAGE HOLDERS: If you get in to financial difficulty due to job losses or other reasons during the COVID-19 pandemic, it's important to not bury your head in the sand. Lenders are legally required to have hardship provisions in place for times like these but they're not mind readers. You need to call your lender and let them know if you're struggling so they can see what options are available to help out.... Please let me know if you need any help with this.
