19.01.2022 From Fit to Fat to Fit to Fab So it all started from my first baby and people showered me with compliments during my eight months . Oh you don’t even look you ...are carrying .Didnt stop post delivery too... Oh did you already deliver . My weight didn’t go up and I came down to my normal weight very fast. Things came handy and easy. During the second pregnancy things were same . People were same Their questions were same But I wasn’t the same after five months of delivering my baby girl.& I was happy thinking I am still the same as I never got the time to look into mirror or try out new outfits with my 2 year old boy & 5 months girl . You can imagine!!!! how life like was a roller coaster and I got rolled over like a Ball. I became a Ball hahahahaha Until the night i dressed up for a party after a long time and I was shocked I couldn’t fit into my outfit that I bought two months back & it was customised to my fitting. I was happy thinking to myself oh tonight this dress won’t fit me ( might be loose ) & I will be flaunting and will be flattered with compliments so yes it didn’t fit me but ironically I was literally stuck in that dress and it could really tear apart anytime. (It’s the hot pink dress in the pictures for reference) But trust me it was a WAKE UP CALL It was a shocker It was an warning The worst night and the party. To control my anguish I put on high music in my room locked myself for sometime & geared up myself for this new challenge. And that’s how it started Where there is a will there is a WAY might not always an easy way but A Way....My Friend introduced me this fantabulous health program which not only benefitted my friend but more than 57000 people across the globe to help them feel & look good. The FAT I accumulated came along with hogging, midnight laddoos, kesar pista milk, not keeping a track of how I was dumping everything & anything into myself thinking i m eating for my baby & I will never gain weight coz I didn’t the last time . That’s probably the Punjab Wala attitude in me . I got motivated to loose my weight and achieve my goal from fat to fit when my aunty used PHATT program and the results were amazing .
