12.01.2022 Thanks for the question, Suzy. Paramedics are often asked these types of questions, regarding bracelets and tags ect. Especially if the patient is unconscious. It can be helpful to identify medical issues however it rarely changes pre-hospital management, IN THIS SETTING. It is always prudent to notify Paramedics and hospital staff of any medical history - however in the event of an unconscious patient, there are bigger fish to fry (So to speak) and Ambos will rarely lo...ok for a tag. Stabilisng an unconscious patient is always key, and we can get to medical issues later with blood tests, history reports etc. Having said that; if you elect to wear bracelets, tags, tattoos or anything else, we wont argue
