10.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE ON COVID 19 To our dearest customers, In the face of the Coronavirus (COVID- 19) pandemic, we wanted to keep you up to date on what we are doing at Impressionable Kids to ensure the safety of you our community and our staff.... At this stage, following the advice of the QLD Health and the Australian Government we remain business as usual. However, as always, the safety and wellbeing of our customers is our top priority and we wanted to assure you that we are following all the recommended procedures to reduce any risk of transmission of the virus in any of our Australian wide studios. Safety and hygiene is always a priority of our business and we have introduced additional precautionary measures and practices to our routines to help keep our community safe, including; The training of all staff around COVID-19 and required hygiene practices. Disinfecting of the studio after each appointment, including but not limited to the cleaning of all tables, chairs with anti viral & antibacterial disinfectant immediately after every customer and we have anti viral & antibacterial hand sanitiser in the studio for your use. In addition, any staff member that becomes unwell or show any signs of illness, will not attend the studio and we request the same of our guests. We ask that if you have returned from overseas within 14 days of when you are due to attend your appointment, that you contact us to reschedule your appointment to a later date. If you find yourself genuinely unwell or forced to self quarantine - we will wherever possible, accommodate you by moving you to a later appointment. Please contact us to discuss options if you find yourself in this situation. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and follow any recommendations made by the appropriate authorities including information from the World Health Organisation. We understand that this is a very unsettling time, but we encourage you to continue to support your local businesses whenever possible for as long as possible. Be safe, do not panic, be kind to each other and look out for your neighbours. Now more than ever - we need to unite as communities, and to help each other navigate these troubling times.
