14.01.2022 To our dearest customers, In the face of the Coronavirus (COVID- 19) pandemic, we wanted to keep you up to date on what we are doing at Impressionable Kids to e...nsure the safety of you our community and our staff. At this stage, following the advice of the QLD Health and the Australian Government we remain business as usual. However, as always, the safety and wellbeing of our customers is our top priority and we wanted to assure you that we are following all the recommended procedures to reduce any risk of transmission of the virus in any of our Australian wide studios. Safety and hygiene is always a priority of our business and we have introduced additional precautionary measures and practices to our routines to help keep our community safe, including; The training of all staff around COVID-19 and required hygiene practices. Disinfecting of the studio after each appointment, including but not limited to the cleaning of all tables, chairs with anti viral & antibacterial disinfectant immediately after every customer and we have anti viral & antibacterial hand sanitiser in the studio for your use. In addition, any staff member that becomes unwell or show any signs of illness, will not attend the studio and we request the same of our guests. We ask that if you have returned from overseas within 14 days of when you are due to attend your appointment, that you contact us to reschedule your appointment to a later date. If you find yourself genuinely unwell or forced to self quarantine - we will wherever possible, accommodate you by moving you to a later appointment. Please contact us to discuss options if you find yourself in this situation. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and follow any recommendations made by the appropriate authorities including information from the World Health Organisation. We understand that this is a very unsettling time, but we encourage you to continue to support your local businesses whenever possible for as long as possible. Be safe, do not panic, be kind to each other and look out for your neighbours. Now more than ever - we need to unite as communities, and to help each other navigate these troubling times. 05.01.2022 **********IMPORTANT NOTICE********** For my Qld customers- As of 8th July 2020 the Qld state government announced they have closed the borders to NSW Victoria and ACT. However they have allowed for border residents to cross. Orange Qld postcodes can cross over into NSW blue postcodes. If you travel OUT of the blue zone you will need to quarantine for 14 days in a Qld hotel at your expense. ... My postcode is 2486 which puts me in the blue zone. So .....you can come to me in the blue zone Banora Point from the Gold Coast orange postcodes. You will however need a border pass to get back into Qld. Here is the government link for all current information regarding your individual circumstances. This is where you can also print your border pass. (Remember to do one for your children as well) Please check the government website before coming to your appointment to assess your personal situation. Also to check things have not changed since posting this information (Postcode photo in the comments) https://www.qld.gov.au//public-health-/border-restrictions For my Lismore Customers at Lismore Square. Unfortunately I can no longer come in August as I had hoped, due to the Qld border closing to NSW. I have to stay in the blue zone bubble.
