We do not utilise any subcontractor model staffing. All staff are consistent in our homes every week on rotating roster, promoting professional relationship development and consistent routines. Our Quality Assurance Each home has an allocated Team Leader, providing open lines of communication for residents, family members, visitors and Service Providers. All IDS Homes have their own dedicated Vehicles for convenient Community Access anytime. All IDS staff are regularly supervised and provided with ongoing training and guidance.
