If you can't get into a gym use the 5 body weight exercise, if you do have access to a gym then you and do the machine exercise or you can mix it up and do both body weight and machines. Five body weight fat burning exercises ... 1. You know it the one everyone hates to do BURPEES! 2. Star jumps 3. Cycle crunches 4. Mountain climber 5. Stair climb 5 machine exercise that burns fat. 1. Treadmill 2. Rower 3. Bikcycle 4. The cable machine, this one you can do many different things with it. 5. Stairs machine, I'm setting after 2 mins no matter what speed slow or fast. I recommend doing 30-45 minute sessions twice a week making sure you include a warm up before you start and cool down/ stretches when your done. Have fun shredding it!
