20.01.2022 How does it work and what does it do? Key Therapy and the Physiokey are a treatment and the device used to help people with both acute and chronic pain. The Physiokey is around the size of a TV remote and is moved around your skin by a practitioner sending electrical impulses into your body. As a result, different systems are stimulated that speed up your body's natural desire to heal itself. The intensity of the electrical impulse can be controlled to a level that you are c...omfortable with. The nervous, lymphatic, endocrine, fascial, and circulatory systems are all stimulated and begin to function more efficiently. As a result, you reduce your pain, increase blood circulation, reduce inflammation, increase range of motion of your joints, improve posture, increase speed of communication and improve the function of your organs. 09.01.2022 Any parents in here will know all about this type of pain! ;) Yes, Key Therapy is amazing for acute pain. If you injure yourself, treating with neuro-electro stimulation will decrease the severity of your injury and increase the speed of recovery. Whether it be stepping on Lego, rolling an ankle, twisting a knee, straining your neck or you name it, book in straight away. The faster you have a treatment after your injury, the better the result.
