22.01.2022 Morning beautiful people I did post this last night, but freaked out and deleted it because I was so worried about the negative reactions I might get. Due to the increase in cost of supplies that are required for me to be able to continue to provide the service that I do, I will be implementing a flat $5 charge per appointment for travel. The fee will only be charged per appointment and NOT per client, so if the appointment is for multiple customers the fee will split be...tween all clients serviced during that appointment. My prices have never changed since I began and now 8 years later I am still not increasing my prices even though my experience has greatly improved and comparatively my prices are cheaper than most other mobile beauty businesses. The fee is only a very small charge but will greatly impact my livelihood and is necessary for me to be able to continue to do what I do. This will be starting on the first of March, I do understand that this may come as an inconvenience which is the last thing I want to do. I hope you can all understand Love you all

07.01.2022 IMPORTANT!! Hi ladies, The last few weeks on separate occasions, I have shown up to a clients house to find they aren’t home. ... I always send a reminder the day before to make sure the appointment is still good to go. I would like to think I’m a pretty understanding person if you need to cancel, I understand things happen, but it is extremely frustrating to arrive and no one is home. I not only waste fuel but it is a waste of my time, and is also time I could have booked another client in. If this continues to happen with the same people, I will be either charging a fee, or refusing to book that person in anymore. I hope this seems fair. Thankyou to everyone who had always kept their appointments or canceled in good time.
