10.01.2022 Don't be FOOLED by the title. Articles like this have more fluff than facts behind them. I have seen over the years how these less known second and third tier lenders make simple applications so difficult and intrusive for the borrowers with the paperwork and lack of presence. Hence the reasons, why these aren't available on the list of lenders with brokers and majority of their aggregators. I have also experienced where my clients have been looked after by the brokers ...with lesser than quoted rates here in the article, with major lenders with ease of application process and presence nationally. Brokers take the pain of dealing with lenders for paperwork and legwork. Most importantly, just like other professionals they charge for their services but to the lenders and borrowers reap the benefits of tailored home loans for their needs. Would you shop around yourself for your medical needs or put the trust in a professional of the field to advise the cures for you? Shop around before you are sucked into these pleasantries which may not be in your best interest.
