22.01.2022 Hi Everyone, We have come to the decision that regular classes will not be starting for the last two weeks of term 2 as first suggested , due to restricted numbers(10) allowed on the mat in Phase 2 of Covid restrictions. We will continue with Zoom classes and will continue to do so when classes resume in term 3 on Tuesday the 21st of July. For the students that have been doing our online Zoom classes with us throughout Covid lock down we thank you for continuing with your ...training and supporting or efforts to do so. There have been many that have not trained at all or expressed interest to come back to live classes the last couple of weeks of term. Most of you have taken up the offer to come to the special training session on the 13th (fully booked both sessions) and the 27th ( 3 places left for 9.45 session and 2 places left for 12 pm session)Get in quick if you havnt locked into one of these remaining session spaces.Hope to see you soon . 22.01.2022 Hi everyone classes have just been increased to 20 for the 27thof June , if you missed out on booking into first or second class on sat 27th@ HQ @10am or 12.15 there are now more than 10 spots available for each class @$25 per person , you can lock in by sending me message via my email [email protected] and ill email account details to lock in spot on either session. All black belt and advanced session for the 11 th July spots must be booked to secure a spot with a 20 max for the class Regards Ron

19.01.2022 Great covid 19 safe session today , we had our 20 person limit on the mat at IMT HQ , covering technique , fitness , noodle defence and distance reaction sparring. All was done safely and maintaining social distancing guidelines. Well done to everyone that turned up , got you thinking re technique, got your youre heart rate up and you all left with a smile on your face. Master Anne and I appreciate your support.

18.01.2022 Breaking news Sat 13 th of June we can get back on the mat , we had a grading booked that day and will be running 4 classes that day to get senior students back in action on the mat. Numbers are limited to 10 / class, and you will need to book into time Session 1: 9.45-11.45 am, Session 2:12-2. Its 2hrs /$25 . 16.01.2022 Very small roll up for today’s session , regardless the 11 that showed up had an inspirational class focusing on 4,3,2 grade forms set sparring with senior Dans and instructors and 5 rounds of sparring to finish off what everyone had left in the tank. Great effort from all well done.!

13.01.2022 Grading day today the most yellow belts we’ve seen for soMe time , really good standard in this portion of grading. Covid had a detrimental effect on the next group. The months of no contact had an effect on application of technique , these students will be that much stronger the next time they step up.

06.01.2022 The classes on the 13-6-20 are all full. A few spots for the 27-6-20 but only 2 per session

06.01.2022 A feeling of anticipation and fear of the unknown as nine candidates attempted 1st Kyup and 1st Dan assessment at IMT HQ Brookvale, Masters Martin Vickery , Anne Mouland-Claassens, Sabonims Erica Marshall, Victor Clonda,Steve Webb, Wylan Ho and myself as the examination panel, scrutinised the candidates for readiness. Only one Yanisa Phadee got the full green light and one amber green Suliman Gaznawi, the others to wait up to six months. Proving nothing is ever a surety, train hard and smart but most of all stay focused.

04.01.2022 Black belt grading at HQ today saw an outstanding effort from our two first grades Yanisa Phadee and Suliman Gaznawi achieve their 1st Dan’s . Thanks to all the helpers and senior Dans that made today possible. A huge congratulations to our two recipients for Black Belt of the year 2020 Ken Wonga and Ash Adams well deserved.

04.01.2022 Great post covid lockdown black belt session no 2 We had 18 on the mat at IMT HQ Brookvale, covering technique, impact conditioning ,sparing and working on finer technique of the Hwarang tul. Well done everyone we even had a visitor from Master Alex AN Infinity TKD Theodore actually Master Simon Duncans nephew, who was pushed to his limit but had a great time and made some new friends. Well done Theodore.
