18.01.2022 Ember Soul Music & Therapy Burn Away The Layers Get To The Truth... This is the result of over 30 years’ experience as a teacher, performer, therapeutic client, student, practitioner and Seeker of my own Truth. It has been a VERY long journey and here, like a diamond, is the treasure of my work that I want to share with you. Since I was five, I wanted to be singer and I spent my whole life pursuing that goal, only to give it up when I had children. I sang for Prince Charles, I recorded five albums, I guested on many other tracks of artists I respected in electronic and acoustic music. But I was never good enough I was never enough for me. I feel so sad writing this, because instead of enjoying the fruits of all those years work and practise, I felt tortured and this showed in my life through torturous relationships and self-abuse. When it all got too much I began therapy as an analysand of a Jungian Analyst. Three times a week, for three years. Boy, what a journey that was into the depths. I arose from that into the realisation of Motherhood and during that whole time I have been studying counselling, coaching and Voice Dialogue, while also maintaining clients. And, yes, just like that clichéd phoenix, I have burned away many layers and have arisen from the ashes of my own truth, now offering the journey of music in all its forms, vocal and instrumental learning and presence with the professional. Nothing is separate, and when you consciously apply the realisations of the music process to your life, you can move through many barriers, eventually settling in the peace of your true Self. I do this work using Voice Dialogue, Counselling and Coaching techniques but, more than anything, I pay attention to you, where you are at, what you need, and together we formulate and realise the path. It’s beautiful and amazing work, a culmination of over 30 years’ life experience with music, coaching and counselling. I have been where you are, I understand the experience of life ‘just not fitting’ and I know how to get you to your truth, your soul, your voice. I can help you to take your place on the Planet, feel the fit of your own skin and FINALLY rest in the warm, burning embers of your Truth. I deliver sessions both in person and via zoom and skype. For those of you who are already cutting it professionally in music, I will teach you to translate the transcendence you feel when you play into your every-day living. How would that be?
