25.01.2022 Fishing, well that was what Dad loved to do when he worked away and before day break every morning on a weekend. Look how relaxed and calm he looks there even though he's not looking at the camera. Took Dad years to buy himself a fishing rod because he was always a hand reel kinda man. I even use them myself when fishing. Rod on one side and hand reel in hand.

22.01.2022 Well I woke up this morning with the song SHE THINKS MY TRACTORS SEXY, and it reminded me of Dad and how much he was into lawn mowers and of course his bloody lawn. One thing he taut me was if your lawn was clean and presentable the front of the house would look clean. I remember him visiting in Townsville once and even though my lawn was dry with next to no grass and the ground being practically dirt and dust he still had to mow the lawn. Pretty sure he was having withdrawa...l symtoms of mowing. He even managed to ask my neighbour Bec to grab her clothes off the line so they wouldnt get dusty. God bless him. When I was a kid he used to rid up this ride on and I would have to mow the lawn. Hated it baxk then because he used a plank of ply as the seat, well fuck me I used to get the softest, itchiest arse. Pretty sure I coped a few splitters too. Well Dad I hope your up there still mowing lawns and telling someone how they're not doing it right. Love you old man.
19.01.2022 This was the last photo I got to take of my Dad with all of my kids. I'm so glad I made him get in that pic because he hated photos. Poor fella hated being told what to do.
12.01.2022 To some Dad was a joker, a best mate and most loved him for his classic funny character. This is where Tyla had FaceTime Mum and was chatting to Dad and he was trying to figure out how to change the character on the screen. he never was a man for technology. Love ya Dad
