25.01.2022 Hi Team Thanks very much to all of you who have generously donated to Beyond Blue ($798.00 so far) as I run next weekend to raise awareness and continue to break down the stigma of mental health issues here in Australia. I'd like to raise $1000....I know there is 000's of good causes out there who are asking for $$. I just ask you, read the spell below and if your credit card jumps out of the pocket give what you feel..Cheers..thankfully it is not a matter of life & death for me or any of my loved ones currently but it is for many..

23.01.2022 A very big thanks to all my family & friends who supported, encouraged, gave me a COME ON when needed and participated in my case studies to help get my Diploma done. Still is a little unbelievable,I had decided to give it away when moving house took over last year and already being SO far behind. With a March 1 deadline I handed the 1st of 12 assessments in Oct 26. I definitely had to practice a LOT what I preach, commit to the goal and the process and get out of your comfort zone - I was out there and feeling sooky at times, doing assignments over Christmas etc...To look back now it wasn't too bad. Sound familiar after we achieve something we think is beyond us?

I am keen to contribute to the great work Beyond Blue do...I am very happy to have raised over $1100.00 thus far. It's great to give back to such a great not for profit... for me it's also about playing a small part in helping to continue to break down the stigma often attached to mental illness, particularly anxiety and depression. Tomorrow I will get out of my comfort zone with all those who have and do suffer form mental illness of any kind..Check in with your family and friends..ARE YOU OK?

You may want to do this for many reasons, from building strength & tone in your lower body to demonstrating to yourself the discipline of exercising regularly and gaining the many benefits physically and mentally when you do this. There is even rest days The Rules... 1. You don't have to do them all at once, you can break it up over the day. 2. You can choose to make it more Aerobic/fat burning as well as strengthening by doing squat jumps. Or half squat jumps, half bodyweight squats on a given day. 3. That's it very simple.
